Construct, equip, maintain and operate the food facility so as to prevent the entrance and harborage of animals, birds and vermin including, but not limited to, rodents and insects.   • Maintain toilet facilities clean, sanitary, and in good repair. Toilet rooms shall be separated by a well-fitting self-closing door.
